Oh yeah! My ecosystem stuff arrived today! SUPER EXCITEMENT. See, a while ago, I participated in and won a notebook from a contest on ecosystem’s Tumblr. Except it never arrived. I was quite disappointed, but I couldn’t blame them or anything — for one, accidents happen, and two, it was free; it’s not like I paid for it and they took my money. So I went ahead and bought myself one anyone. And I adore it. Totally worth every penny. I always thought I’d be a Moleskine girl through and through, but ecosystem blows them away.
But I did let them know that it never arrived, since I figured it would be something they’d want to know, and that I adored the one I bought.
I ended up receiving a personal email with sincere apologies and an offer to resend the notebook I won — as well as other items thrown in to make amends. I was blown away; I certainly wasn’t asking for anything extra, nor did I feel like I needed it. Yet Stephanie assured me the items would be sent as well as tracked this time to make sure they arrive. And, sure enough, today a packaged arrived for me — chock full of ecosystem goodies! I got the kiwi colored, medium, flexi author notebook I had originally requested, as well as a second one, large-sized, and grape colored. Not to mention one of their new large, hardcover artist sketchbooks in onyx, and one of their advisor planners (medium, flexi, calendar weekly) in onyx.
The quality of the products already set me as a dedicated fan, far above any other maker of notebooks, but this amazing customer service has made me a fan for life. Go check them out!
